The $499 a month founder rate

Subscribing to ApplyEdge is $499 a month, billed to the card you check out with. This is a founder rate: your price is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active, even if the rate goes up for new subscribers later. Let it lapse and come back later, and you'd rejoin at whatever the current rate is.

Your card is charged immediately when you subscribe. There's no free trial period — the money-back guarantee below is what protects you instead.

14-day money-back guarantee

If ApplyEdge isn't working for you, tell us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked. This is satisfaction-based, not outcome-based: we're guaranteeing that you'll find the system worth using, not guaranteeing a job offer, an interview, or any other hiring outcome. Nobody can honestly promise you that, and we won't pretend to.

A refund revokes access immediately — unlike a cancellation (below), a refund ends your account right away rather than at the end of the billing period. To request one, email [email protected].

Cancel anytime

Cancel whenever you want from inside your account. There's no retention call, no "are you sure" maze. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for, then it ends on its own — no further charges.

Fair use

ApplyEdge is built for one person running their own search, not for reselling generations or feeding the system through a script. Each account is limited to 5 tailored generations (resume, cover letter, or an Elite tool) per rolling hour. A real heavy user running a full-time search has never come close to that. If your account hits the limit, you'll see a message telling you so, not a silent failure. Finished documents are always sent to the email on your account, never anywhere else, which is also what keeps a login from being useful to share. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are actually abusive (scraping, sharing a login across multiple people, reselling output) beyond just rate-limiting them.

Your data

Your resume and the material you build with ApplyEdge (positioning, tailored documents, notes) are used to run the tool for you and are not sold or used to train models beyond what's needed to generate your own results. You can download everything you've built at any time while your account is active, right from the app. When your access ends, whether by cancellation or refund, that data is deleted from our systems, not compiled or sent anywhere — so if you want a copy, get it before you go.

No outcome guarantees

ApplyEdge is a system and a set of tools, not a placement service or a guarantee of employment. We don't promise interviews, offers, or any specific result from using it — only that we'll do the work to make your materials genuinely better, and that if you're not satisfied within 14 days, you get your money back.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email active subscribers before it takes effect rather than quietly updating the page.
